Access Vault Directories

1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
2. Click the My files section on the left panel.

Create a New Directory

1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
2. Click the My files section on the left panel.
3. Click the New Directory button in the top center panel.
4. In the prompt, enter the new directory name.
5. Click Create directory.

Confirmations, Errors & Solutions

Created Directory

Directory your-directory-name created successfully.

No Permission to Create Directories

You do not have permission to make a new directory.

Ask Your Admin for Permission

Ask your admin to activate your Create directories permission.

Directory Name Requirement

You must enter a name for the directory.

Enter Directory Name

In the directory creation prompt, enter the directory name, then click Create directory.

• You can also access file actions by right-clicking the highlighted file.
• Directories are folders that help you organize your files and can be shared the same way as files. You can drag and drop or upload files into any directory.

Refresh Created Directories and Files

3. Click the Refresh button in the top center panel.
