Our Approach to Privacy

Tera Insights, LLC operates this website (ticrypt.com) to share information about the tiCrypt secure research platform. Because privacy and security are paramount to how we operate, we designed this site to give you that information without asking anything of you in return: no accounts, no tracking, no profiling. We hold our website to the same standard we build our products to.

What We Collect

In practical terms, almost nothing. The only information we ever hold is what you choose to send us.

• Information you send us directly. If you email us, call us, or submit a contact or demo request, we receive what you provide (such as your name, email address, organization, and message). We use it solely to respond to your request and to follow up about tiCrypt, and we retain it only as long as needed for that purpose.
• Operational server logs. As with virtually all websites, our hosting provider may generate transient, standard server logs (for example, an IP address and browser type) purely to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. These are not used to identify, profile, or advertise to you, and we do not combine them with any other information.
• No analytics or advertising cookies. We do not deploy third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies used are limited to what is strictly necessary for the site to function.

The tiCrypt Platform

This policy covers the ticrypt.com website. The tiCrypt product itself goes further: it is a zero-knowledge platform where data is encrypted with keys that never exist on the server, so neither Tera Insights nor a deploying organization’s administrators can read customer data. How each customer handles the data in its own deployment is governed by that organization’s policies and its agreement with Tera Insights.
