Teams' Resource Usage

ResearcherRequires: User, Sub-admin, Admin, or Super-admin role
Permission requirements
  • Teams
    • View teams they are a member of
    • Edit teams they are a member of, as far as their team role allows

Access Your Team's Resource Usage

Location: Open user menu > My Teams' Resource Usage

  1. In the Your teams' and your own resource usage pop-up, under Vault storage, view how much storage your Vault files use, shown as "size total storage used".
  2. Below it, find the card for each team you belong to. Each card is split into two halves.
  3. Under Overall team quota, view the whole team's usage. Under Virtual Machine, Cores and Memory show used / quota with a usage bar, followed by Storage Pools and Devices when the team has them.
  4. Under Your quota within the team, view the same lines for your own share of that team: Cores, Memory, Storage Pools and Devices.
  5. Once done, click Close.
Result:

You see your Vault storage use and, for every team, both the team's totals and your own share, each as used against quota.

A quota shown as ∞ has no limit. A quota of 0 means the resource is blocked for you in that team: for example, with a cores quota of 0 you cannot start a VM charged to that team. Ask your admin if a quota stops your work.

caution

If your team is running low on resources, contact your administrator to request an increase.
