Permission Requirements

  • None.

Access Your Profile Pictureโ€‹

  1. Go to the Open User Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select the My Profile Picture option.

Upload Your Profile Pictureโ€‹

  1. Go to the Open User Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select the My Profile Picture option.
  3. In the pop-up, click the Upload button in the center.
  4. In the new window, select your profile picture and click Open.
  5. View your profile picture size examples on the right.
  6. Click Save.

You can also drag and drop the profile picture from your local machine.

Profile Picture Updated

Uploaded profile picture successfully.

Blank Screen in Profile Picture

Uploaded the wrong file format or size for profile picture.

Re-upload Profile Picture

Re-upload the profile picture to fit the size ~280px X 600px (h x w) in .eps or .svg format.

Old Profile Picture Still Showing

You updated your profile picture, but the old profile picture shows in the profile picture prompt.

Log Back in to View Updated Changes

Log out and log back in to see the updated picture. If the old picture still appears, restart the Connect Application.

Resize Your New Profile Pictureโ€‹

  1. Go to the Open User Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select the My Profile Picture option.
  3. In the pop-up, click the Upload button in the center.
  4. In the new window, select your profile picture and click Open.
  5. Click and hold your profile picture preview on the left.
  6. Use the corner points to resize the circular crop area of your profile picture.
  7. Once done, click Save.

Reset Your New Profile Pictureโ€‹

  1. Go to the Open User Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select the My Profile Picture option.
  3. In the pop-up, click the Upload button in the center.
  4. In the new window, select your profile picture and click Open.
  5. Click the Reset selected image button in the bottom left.
  6. Once done, click Upload file to upload a different profile picture.

Profile Picture is Blurry

The profile picture may appear blurry if the image was reset but not re-uploaded before saving.

Click Cancel

If you attempted to re-select a new profile picture but abandoned the action, click Cancel and restart the upload process.

Delete Your Profile Pictureโ€‹

  1. Go to the Open User Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select the My Profile Picture option.
  3. In the pop-up, click the Delete profile image button in the bottom left.

When you delete your profile picture, tiCrypt automatically replaces it with a system-generated color-pattern picture.

You clicked Delete Profile Picture but no action took place.

Log back in to view the system-generated color-pattern picture that replaces your profile picture.
