The Users table is the primary interface for managing tiCrypt accounts. The typical user lifecycle is:
- Registration: the user creates an account and downloads their private key
- Activation: an admin activates the account (manually or via an onboarding template)
- Team assignment: the user is added to one or more teams (required for activation)
- Active use: the user works with files, VMs, and compute resources
- Deactivation: the admin deactivates the account when access is no longer needed
- Deletion: the admin permanently removes the account (requires a stopped state)
