Permission Requirements

- View all VM configs in the system
- Arbitrarily edit any VM config
- Arbitrarily delete any VM config
- View host machines and hardware information in any Libvirt realm
- Register physical VM host machines in Libvirt realms
- Edit VM host machine info in any Libvirt realm
- Delete VM host machine info in any Libvirt realm
- View external servers
- Create external servers
- Edit external servers
- Arbitrarily view logs from any VM
Access Slurm VM Accounts
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Slurm section.
- Click the VM Accounts in the left panel.
- View all the Slurm VM accounts in the list as follows.
- VM Configuration: the name of the VM configuration associated with Slurm operations.
- Slurm Account: the name of the Slurm account.
- Raw Shares: the number of raw shares assigned to the Slurm VM account.
- Raw Usage: the raw resource usage of the Slurm VM account.
- Level FS: the level fair share value associated with the Slurm account.
Set Up Slurm VM Account
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Slurm section.
- Click the VM Accounts in the left panel.
- Select the inactive Slurm VM account to set up.
- Click the Open Full Menu three-dot button in the top right panel.
- Select Set Slurm Account.
- In the pop-up, enter the account name and fair share.
- Click Create Account.

Inactive Slurm VM accounts have red backgrounds.
Update Fair Share in Slurm VM Accounts
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Slurm section.
- Click the VM Accounts in the left panel.
- Select the Slurm VM account to update its fair share.
- Click the Open Full Menu three-dot button in the top right panel.
- Select Update Fair Share.
- In the pop-up, enter the fair share number for the Slurm VM account.
- Click Update Fair Share.
Remove Slurm VM Account
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Slurm section.
- Click the VM Accounts in the left panel.
- Select the Slurm VM account to remove.
- Click the Open Full Menu three-dot button in the top right panel.
- Select Remove Slurm Account.
- In the pop-up, click Yes to proceed.

Removing a Slurm VM account removes all its fair share settings and sub-accounts. Proceed with caution.
