Step 1: Install the Connect Application

The Connect Application is required to access the tiCrypt secure enclave. You must install it before registering any account type.

Install on macOS

1. Open the Connect Application.dmg Installer provided by your institution or the Tera Insights team.
2. Click Continue, review storage requirements, and click Install.
3. Enter your password when prompted and click OK to allow access.
4. Click Close when the installation is complete.

Install on Windows

1. Open the Connect Application.exe Installer provided by your institution or the Tera Insights team.
2. Click Next, then I Agree.
3. Review storage requirements, click Next, select a Start menu folder, and click Install.
4. Click Finish when the installation is complete.
