What is the Purpose of Groups in tiCrypt?

Groups support collaboration within tiCrypt and allow you to share a file with more users. In a group, you can add, edit, and delete actions only if you are the owner of the group or if you were permitted by your admin.

What is the Difference between Group Managers and Group Members?

Group managers can Add Members while group members cannot.

What are the Requirements of a Project-Tagged Group?

Project-tagged groups require you to meet their security levels. If you do not meet the project security levels, you can view the tagged group but you cannot view its contents. Group resources tagged with a project label inherit all the security requirements associated with the project.

What is the Difference between Groups and Teams?

Groups and teams are not the same. Teams are independent of groups and vice versa.

What is the Automatic Group Sharing?

Users can drag & drop their files into the group directory to share the data with the other group members.

What Is the Role of Groups in Projects?

Groups allow PIs to share projects or multiple files with a specific set of users.
They are especially useful when combined with projects, helping manage large desktop infrastructures efficiently at scale.
