The Vault

The Vault is where all users can securely store their encrypted files. It serves as the landing point for inbound data, enabling you to transfer files securely into the system. The Vault manages current users, groups, and projects and provides functionality to create inboxes for external contributors. These inboxes rely on public key cryptography, ensuring data confinement through independent keys for each resource.

Additionally, the Vault supports secure file preview and sharing, group viewing and sharing, project classification, and managing users as team members.

The Virtual Machines

Virtual machines are digital versions of a physical computer. They can run programs, store data, and connect to networks. Historically, users spend most of their time in the virtual machine environment.

Virtual machines enable secure computation by maintaining security through isolation. Each time, the VMs securely create new images of the underlying OS to eliminate risks from previous executions.

The Management

The Management section serves as permission control and management of the users. Here, admins can develop the user profiles and their teams, the workflow structure of the projects and the virtual machine management. In tiCrypt, the management tab may be one of the most complex tabs due to its functionalities and effect on the system. Most of the admin work is taking place in the management section.
