What is a healthy backup frequency?

We recommended you make a full backup of your drives in the beginning, then slowly perform snapshot backups to save space.

Complete backups should be performed based on your institutional needs (for example, every six months, every three months, etc.)

Example

Suppose you performed a checkpoint backup some months ago, then you performed a snapshot backup in the last few days. You are good with backup frequency in this case.
