What are Best Practices when Tagging Files with a Project in Vault?

Project tags add a strong security layer to a resource, so you should only tag resources that are closely associated with the project.

In some projects, you may be required to tag all files or work within a single tagged directory tree. This decision depends on your Project Manager.

As a best practice, organize "likely sensitive data" files into a dedicated directory. If you are asked to tag them for security purposes, you can tag the entire directory to include all files within it.
