How do I set up enforced compliance goals for my projects?

Compliance goals are crucial for safeguarding reputation, enforcing security for sensitive information, and building trust with government agencies.

To set up enforced goals in your project, you can use security requirements.

Set up Enforced Compliance Goals in a Project

1. Create a Security level

To create a security level navigate to the tab in the Security Levels section.

2. Create a set of Requirements (compliance goals) for your project

To create a new security requirement navigate to the tab in the Security Requirements section.

3. Create the Project and Add the appropriate Security levels to it

To create a new project navigate to the tab in the Projects section.

4. Certify Compliant Users

To grant a user certification for a security requirement navigate to the tab in the Security Requirements section.

Now you have a project where users must comply with the security requirements to operate that project. Once a user achieves the specified compliance goal, they can access the project.

tip

You can customize user access in your projects.

  • For example, you can filter the users who achieved compliance goal A and give them access to view the project resources; Then, for the users who achieved compliance goal B, you can allow them to download the project resources and work on them separately.
