System Settings Overview

The System Settings are default back-end system settings that can be overwritten by admins.

When you finished editing, you must click the button at the top right of edited section to propagate the changes globally.

caution

Any change in system settings will affect the entire system.

  • Change the logo that will be displayed globally on the login page.

Login ID Regular Expression

  • Controls which Login IDs are valid during the new account registration process.
caution

If a Login ID does not match the regular expression, the user will not be able to register.

  • Select if the user private keys get cached in browser-local storage. Local storage will persist through browser restarts and even computer reboots.

  • Select if the multi-factor tokens get cached in session-local storage. Session storage gets cleared as soon as all tiCrypt tabs are closed.

System Services Overview

The System Services show all active services in the system.

View System Services Logs

To view the system services logs, navigate to the tab in the System Services section.

  • Select a system service you want to view the logs of.
  • Click the View Logs button in the top right.
  • In the prompt, select the starting day in since(days) to view the logs.
  • Select the ending day in until(days) to view the logs.
  • Optionally, Tick box to Suppress MongoDB error messages.
  • Click Get Logs to generate the logs.
  • View the entire log history by type, timestamp and message.

You can filter system logs by the number of days and suppress error messages for a clean report.

View System Services Logs Configurations

This feature is for super-admins and system admins for external access proxy service.

To view the system services logs configurations, navigate to the tab in the System Services section.

  • Select a system service you want to view the logs of.
  • Click the View Config button in the top right.
  • In the prompt, view the command lines of logs config.
  • Click .

Restart System Services

This service is used for reset purposes. You can restart multiple system services at once using bulk selection.

To restart the system services, navigate to the tab in the System Services section.

  • Select a system service you want to restart.
  • Click the Restart button in the top right.
  • In the prompt, click .

System Services allow for a super admin to restart a specific service in the front end or to look at logs of a particular service to debug better.

Audit Logs Overview

The Audit Logs is the interface that shows the lines of the audit log being written; it confirms that the auditing is working.

To view the audit logs, navigate to the tab in the Audit Logs section.

  • Optionally, you can refresh audit log data by clicking Refresh button in the top right or export the audit logs by selecting the audit logs and clicking Export CSV button in the top right.

There are no other actions to perform in the audit logs.
