Project Memberships

Project Memberships Overview

The Project Membership section displays all of the Projects in the system and each individual with a membership.

Users' name, date joined, roles, expiration, and restrictions are displayed. Users may be searched to determine all the projects they are part of.

  • The actions that you can take when you select a project, are the actions that exist for that project.
  • If a user is a member of a project, it means they have a membership for that project.

Admins can view the expiration date of the projects if they have one in the Expiration column.

Besides adding users, you can edit and remove project memberships in bulk.

Add User(s) to Project via Project Memberships

To add user(s) to a project navigate to tab in the Project Memberships section.

  • Click the button in the top right panel.
  • In the prompt, type the name of the user(s) you would like to add to the project.
  • Select the project where the user(s) will be added.
  • Select a membership expiration date for the user.
  • Select the user role in the project.
  • Select the user restrictions in the project.
  • Select whether the user membership will be skipped or attempted to be updated.
  • Click .

Edit Project Membership via Project Memberships

To edit a project membership navigate to tab in the Project Memberships section.

  • Select the existing membership(s) you would like to edit.
  • Click the Edit button in the top right.
  • Edit the user expiration date, role in the project, or project restrictions.
  • Once you finished editing, click .

Remove Project Membership via Projects Memberships

To remove a project membership navigate to tab in the Project Memberships section.

  • Select the existing membership(s) you would like to remove.
  • Click the Delete button in the top right.
  • In the prompt, click .
