What are the Project Memberships?

The Project Memberships section lists all projects in the system and their associated members.
It displays user details, including name, date joined, last modified, manager role, expiration, and restrictions.
Users can be searched to identify the projects to which they belong.

How do I Know If a User Has a Project Membership that is About to Expire?

You can view the project membership expiration date for each user in the Project Memberships section by searching under the Expiration column. Expired dates will be displayed in red.

What is the Relationship between Project Memberships and User Certifications?

Project Memberships are exclusively related to projects.

  • They can set up user roles and restrictions in projects.
  • They allow expiration dates for project access.

User Certifications work in tandem with security levels and security requirements.

  • They serve as evidence that a user is eligible for a security requirement.
  • They allow expiration dates for security levels.

In conclusion, both project memberships and user certifications are part of the UI but serve different purposes.

What is the Difference Between True vs. False Manager in the Project Memberships Table?

Indicates whether or not you are a manager as part of your project membership. If the column shows "False," you have a standard user role in the project.

What is the Difference Between Download and View vs. View in Project Membership Restrictions?

  • Download and View indicates that you are allowed to view and download the project resource.
  • View indicates that you can only view the resource, but you are not allowed to download it.

When you can download the project resource, you can automatically view the project resource.
