Teams' Resource Usage

Prerequisites

Access Level:Sub-admin, Admin, Super-admin

Permission Requirements

  • View own teams
  • Edit own teams (depending on stature per-team)
• . Team Administration
  • View all teams in the system

Access Your Team's Resource Usage

1. Go to the Open User Menu icon in the top left corner.
2. Select the My Teams' Resource Usage option.
3. In the pop-up, under Vault Storage, view your total storage available for your Vault.
4. Under Overall Team Quota, view your teams' Cores, Memory and Drives usage quotas.
5. Under Your quota within the team, view your personal Cores, Memory and Drives usage quotas.
6. Once done, click Close.

You must notify an admin if your team resources are exceeded.

Failed to load information: Unable to perform action, missing permissions.

Ask Your Admin to Allow You Viewing Quotas Permission

Ask your admin to give you permission to view your quotas.

You are Not a Member of Any Teams

Team quotas will appear here when you are added to teams.

Ask Your Admin to Add you to an Existing Team

Ask your admin to either create a new team for you or add you to an existing team in the system to be able to view your team resource usage.
