Prerequisites

Access Level:User, Sub-admin, Admin, Super-admin
Permission Requirements
  • None.

Access Your Profile Picture​

  1. Go to the Open User Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select the My Profile Picture option.

Upload Your Profile Picture​

  1. Go to the Open User Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select the My Profile Picture option.
  3. In the pop-up, click the Upload button in the center.
  4. In the new window, select your profile picture and click Open.
  5. View your profile picture size examples on the right.
  6. Click Save.

You can also drag-and-drop the profile picture from your local machine.

Profile Picture Updated
Uploaded profile picture successfully.
Blank Screen in Profile Picture
Uploaded the wrong file format or size for profile picture.
Re-upload Profile Picture
Re-upload profile picture to fit the size ~280px X 600px (h x w) in .eps or .svg format.
Old Profile Picture In Prompt
You updated your profile picture, but the old profile picture shows in the profile picture prompt.
Re-login To Updated Changes
Re-login to update the changes. Additionally, clear your browser cache.

Resize Your New Profile Picture​

  1. Go to the Open User Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select the My Profile Picture option.
  3. In the pop-up, click the Upload button in the center.
  4. In the new window, select your profile picture and click Open.
  5. Hold click on your profile picture preview on the left.
  6. Use the corner points to resize the circle-in-view of your profile picture.
  7. Once done, click Save.

Reset Your New Profile Picture​

  1. Go to the Open User Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select the My Profile Picture option.
  3. In the pop-up, click the Upload button in the center.
  4. In the new window, select your profile picture and click Open.
  5. Click the Reset selected image button in the bottom left.
  6. Once done, click Upload file to upload a different profile picture.

Profile Picture is Blurry
You clicked Re-select Image then you went back and tried to click Save.
Click Cancel
You attempted to re-select a new profile picture, but you abandon the action, click cancel and restart your uploading process.

Delete Your Profile Picture​

  1. Go to the Open User Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select the My Profile Picture option.
  3. In the pop-up, click the Delete profile image button in the bottom left.
note

When you delete your profile picture, it will be replaced automatically with a system-generated color-pattern picture.

Re-login to View the Changes
Re-login to view the initial generated shape of your profile wihout a profile picture.
