User Profiles
Prerequisites
Access Level:Sub-admin, Admin
Permission Requirements
- . User Administration
- View all users in the system
- View profiles (roles/permission templates)
- Create and edit profiles
- Delete profiles
Access User Profiles
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the User Profiles in the top left panel.
- View all user profiles from the system.

Sub-admins can view only the user profiles they manage.
View Basic Information of User Profiles
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the User Profiles in the top left panel.
- Select the user profile whose details you want to view.
- Click the View button in the top right panel.
- View the user profile name, role, permissions, session downgrade approval, escrow approval, creation & modification dates in the left panel and the users associated with the profile.
Create a User Profile
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the User Profiles in the top left panel.
- Click Create new user profile button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, enter the user profile name.
- Select the user role in profile and whether or not users can escrow their keys.
- Click Save.
Create a Custom User Profile
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the User Profiles in the top left panel.
- Click Create new user profile button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, enter the user profile name.
- Click Select permissions button.
- In the pop-up, tick the appropriate user profile permissions.
- Select the user role in profile and whether or not users can escrow their keys.
- Click Save.

Changing permissions in user profiles can lead to unexpected results. Only admins or super-admins with proper training should modify these settings.
Apply User Profile

- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the Users in the top left panel.
- Select the user(s) to apply the user profile to.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Apply profile.
- In the pop-up, select the user profile.
- Click Apply.
Edit User Profile
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the User Profiles in the top left panel.
- Select the user profile to edit.
- Click the Edit button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, edit the user profile name.
- Edit the user role in profile and whether or not users can escrow their keys.
- Once done, click Save.
Edit Custom User Profile
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the User Profiles in the top left panel.
- Select the user profile to edit.
- Click the Edit button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, edit the user profile name.
- Click the permissions selected button to edit the profile permissions.
- In the pop-up, tick or untick the user profile permissions.
- Edit the user role in profile and whether or not users can escrow their keys.
- Once done, click Save.

Editing permissions in user profiles changes user access throughout the system. Only admins or super-admins with proper training should update these settings.
Clone User Profile
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the User Profiles in the top left panel.
- Select the user profile to clone.
- Click the Clone button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, enter a different user profile name.
- Once done, click Save.

You cannot have two or more user profile clones with the same name.
Delete User Profile(s)

- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the User Profiles in the top left panel.
- Select the user profile(s) to delete.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top center panel.
- Select Delete.
- In the prompt, click Delete.

Deleting user profiles does not delete any users from the system.
