User Certifications

Prerequisites

Access Level:Sub-admin, Admin
Permission Requirements
  • . Basic Project Interaction
    • View projects they are a member of
    • View other members in projects they are a member of
    • View own security requirement certifications
  • . Project Management
    • View all security requirement certifications in the system
    • Certify users for security requirements
    • Edit user certifications for security requirements
    • Delete user certifications for security requirements
  • . Project Administration
    • View all projects in the system
    • View memberships for every project in the system

View a User Certification

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Select the certification you want to view.
  5. Click the View button in the top right panel.
  6. In the left panel, view the certified user & certification name, associated security requirement, expiration & creation date and creator name.

Certify User(s) with a Certification for a Security Requirement

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Click the Certify user(s) for a security requirement button in the top right panel.
  5. In the pop-up, enter the requirement, user name(s) to certify, expiration date and attempt to update certification.
  6. Click Certify.

Edit or Renew a User Certification

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Select the certification you want to edit or renew.
  5. Click the Edit/Renew button in the top right panel.
  6. In the pop-up, untick the box Never expires as needed.
  7. Update the expiration date.
  8. Click Save.

Mark a User Certification(s) as Expired

bulk-action

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Select the certification(s) to mark as expired.
  5. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
  6. Select Mark as expired.
  7. In the pop-up, click Mark expired.

The expired user certifications will show the date in red color.

Bulk Email Users with Similar User Certifications

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Select the certifications for the user(s) you want to send a bulk email to.
  5. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
  6. Select Bulk Email.
  7. In the pop-up, click Copy to copy the emails or click Download to download the emails.
  8. Once done, click Close.

Tick the Prefer contact email? to use the email registered upon user account creation.

Delete User Certification(s)

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Select the certification(s) you want to delete.
  5. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
  6. Click the Delete button.
  7. In the prompt, click Revoke.
