Project Memberships

Prerequisites
  • Access Level: Sub-admin, Admin.
  • Permission Requirements:
  • . Basic Project Interaction
    • View projects they are a member of
    • View other members in projects they are a member of
  • . Project Management
    • Add users to projects they manage
    • Edit memberships in projects they manage
  • . Project Administration
    • View all projects in the system
    • View memberships for every project in the system
    • Arbitrarily add users to any project
    • Arbitrarily edit any project membership
    • Arbitrarily remove users from any project

View a Project Membership

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the Project Memberships in the left panel.
  4. Select the project membership you want to view.
  5. Click the View button in the top right panel.
  6. In the left panel, view the user's name, project name & tag, user ID's relationship to project, membership expiration date, restrictions, and added date.

Add User(s) to Project(s) via Project Memberships

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the Project Memberships in the left panel.
  4. Click the Add users to project(s) button in the top right panel.
  5. In the pop-up, enter the user name(s), project(s), optional expiration date, role, restrictions, and update attempt.
  6. Click Save.

Change Expiration, User Role, and Restrictions in Project Membership(s)

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the Project Memberships in the left panel.
  4. Select the project membership for which you want to change the metadata.
  5. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
  6. Select Edit.
  7. In the pop-up, untick the boxes Keep expiration, role and restrictions unchanged as needed.
  8. Update the optional membership expiration date, member role, and restrictions.
  9. Once done, click Save.

Bulk Email Users with Similar Project Memberships

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the Project Memberships in the left panel.
  4. Select the project membership(s) you want to bulk email.
  5. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
  6. Select Bulk Email.
  7. In the pop-up, click Copy to copy the emails or click Download to download the emails.
  8. Once done, click Close.

Delete Project Membership(s)

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the Project Memberships in the left panel.
  4. Select the project membership(s) you want to delete.
  5. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top center panel.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. In the prompt, click Delete memberships.
