Share Project Tagged VMs

Project Overview

The project tagging is intended for both users and admins.

Projects serve the following mechanisms:

  • Security through both encryption and access control.
  • Access privilege by resource via security levels.
  • Compliance via security requirements.
  • Proof of compliance via user certifications.
note

Only project members can view or manage their project-tagged resources.

Projects are made of:

  • Security levels made of:
    • Security requirements validated by:
      • User certifications.

For example, a project may be called "USA" where the two security levels that compose this project are US citizens and US residents. If there is a government document within tiCrypt that should only be viewed by an individual who is part of the USA project, that document can be tagged by it and anyone who does not meet the requirements will not be able to view the document.
