Create/Edit Form
Access
The create a new form select Forms header under the Files Panel in My Vault. Click to create a new form.
Purpose
The purpose of this modal is to create a new form. Upon creating a new form you can manage, assign to project, share, delete or view the form.
Creating a new form
Select Forms header under the Files Panel in My Vault. Click to create a new form. This icon is located next to the Forms header on the right.
Type a name for the form where indicated.
Add a description of the form where indicated.
Click on in the lower right corner to create a new directory.
