System Services
View Service by System
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Miscellaneous section.
- Click the System Services in the left panel.
- View all system services in the list.
View System Service Logs
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Miscellaneous section.
- Click the System Services in the left panel.
- Select the system service to view logs.
- Click the View logs button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, view the logs for the specified service.
- Click Close.
Suppress MongoDB Error Messages in Front-End
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Miscellaneous section.
- Click the System Services in the left panel.
- Select the system service to suppress MongoDB error messages.
- Click the View logs button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, tick Surpress MongoDB error messages option.
- View the logs without the MongoDB error messages.
- Click Close.
Refresh Logs
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Miscellaneous section.
- Click the System Services in the left panel.
- Select the system service to refresh logs.
- Click the View logs button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, click Get logs button on the right.
- Click Close.
Set a Logs Timeline
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Miscellaneous section.
- Click the System Services in the left panel.
- Select the system service to set the logs timeline.
- Click the View logs button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, under Since (days) and Until (days), enter the logs timeline.
- View the logs for the specified period.
- Click Close.
Download System Logs
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Miscellaneous section.
- Click the System Services in the left panel.
- Select the system service to download system logs.
- Click the View logs button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, view the service logs.
- Click Download.
View System Service Configuration
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Miscellaneous section.
- Click the System Services in the left panel.
- Select the system service to view configuration.
- Click the View config button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, view the service configuration from the backend.
- Click Close.
Download System Service Configuration
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Miscellaneous section.
- Click the System Services in the left panel.
- Select the system service to download configuration.
- Click the View config button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, view the service configuration from the backend.
- Click Download.
Restart a System Service
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Miscellaneous section.
- Click the System Services in the left panel.
- Select the system service to restart.
- Click the Restart button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, click Yes.

Restarting a system service may disrupt all users' workflows. Use this option carefully.
note
You can restart multiple system services at once using the bulk selection option.
Export a System Service in CSV Format
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Miscellaneous section.
- Click the System Services in the left panel.
- Select the system services you want to export in CSV format.
- Click the Export CSV button in the top right panel.
- Select Selected items.
- In the local window, click Save.
Export a System Service in JSON Format
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Miscellaneous section.
- Click the System Services in the left panel.
- Select the system services you want to export in JSON format.
- Click the Export JSON button in the top right panel.
- Select Export selected items.
- In the local window, click Save.
