NFS Mounts

Access the NFS Mounts in Management

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Virtual Machines section.
  3. Click the NFS Mounts in the left panel.

View Basic Information of an NFS Mount

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Virtual Machines section.
  3. Click the NFS Mounts in the left panel.
  4. Select the NFS mount to view basic information.
  5. Click the View button in the top right panel.
  6. In the left panel, under the Basic Info subsection, view the NFS mount name, path, and slot.

Create a New NFS Drive

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Virtual Machines section.
  3. Click the NFS Mounts in the left panel.
  4. Click the Create new NFS drive button in the top right panel.
  5. In the pop-up, enter the NFS drive name, path, and slot.
  6. Click Create.

Edit an Existing NFS Drive

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Virtual Machines section.
  3. Click the NFS Mounts in the left panel.
  4. Select the NFS drive to edit.
  5. Click the Edit button in the top right panel.
  6. In the pop-up, edit the NFS drive name, path and slot.
  7. Click Update.

Change the NFS Drive Path

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Virtual Machines section.
  3. Click the NFS Mounts in the left panel.
  4. Select the NFS drive to change its path.
  5. Click the Edit button in the top right panel.
  6. In the pop-up, under the Path subsection, enter a new path.
  7. Click Update.

Change the Slot Location When an NFS Drive is Attached to Windows VMs

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Virtual Machines section.
  3. Click the NFS Mounts in the left panel.
  4. Select the NFS drive to change its slot.
  5. Click the Edit button in the top right panel.
  6. In the pop-up, under the Slot subsection, select the new slot.
  7. Click Update.

Delete an Existing NFS Drive

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Virtual Machines section.
  3. Click the NFS Mounts in the left panel.
  4. Select the NFS drive to delete.
  5. Click the Delete button in the top right panel..
  6. In the prompt, click Delete.
