User Certifications

View a User Certification

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Select the certification you want to view.
  5. Click the View button in the top right panel.
  6. View user user and certification name, security level, expiration and creation date and creator name.

Certify User(s) with a Certification for a Security Requirement

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Click the Certify user(s) for a security requirement button in the top right panel.
  5. In the pop-up, enter the requirement, user names to certify, expiration date and attempt to update certification.
  6. Click Certify.

Edit or Renew a User Certification

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Select the certification you want to edit or renew.
  5. Click the Edit/Renew button in the top right panel.
  6. In the pop-up, renew the expiration date.
  7. Click Save.

Mark a User Certification as Expired

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Select the certification to mark as expired.
  5. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
  6. Select Mark as expired.
  7. In the pop-up, click Mark as expired.

The expired user certifications will show the date in red color.

Bulk Email Users with Similar User Certifications

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Select the certifications for the users you want to send a bulk email to.
  5. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
  6. Select Bulk Email.
  7. In the pop-up, click Copy to copy the emails or click Download to download the emails.
  8. Once done, click Close.

Delete a User Certification

  1. Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section.
  3. Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
  4. Select the certifications you want to delete.
  5. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
  6. Click the Delete button.
  7. In the prompt, click Revoke.
