User Certifications
View a User Certification
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
- Select the certification you want to view.
- Click the View button in the top right panel.
- View user user and certification name, security level, expiration and creation date and creator name.
Certify User(s) with a Certification for a Security Requirement
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
- Click the Certify user(s) for a security requirement button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the requirement, user names to certify, expiration date and attempt to update certification.
- Click Certify.
Edit or Renew a User Certification
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
- Select the certification you want to edit or renew.
- Click the Edit/Renew button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, renew the expiration date.
- Click Save.
Mark a User Certification as Expired
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
- Select the certification to mark as expired.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Mark as expired.
- In the pop-up, click Mark as expired.

The expired user certifications will show the date in red color.
Bulk Email Users with Similar User Certifications
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
- Select the certifications for the users you want to send a bulk email to.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Bulk Email.
- In the pop-up, click Copy to copy the emails or click Download to download the emails.
- Once done, click Close.
Delete a User Certification
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the User Certifications in the left panel.
- Select the certifications you want to delete.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Click the Delete button.
- In the prompt, click Revoke.
