Sub-admin Managed Objects
View an Assigned Object to Sub-Admin
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the Sub-admin Managed Objects in the top left panel.
- View all teams or projects assigned to sub-admins.
Assign a Team to Sub-Admin
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the Sub-admin Managed Objects in the top left panel.
- Click the Create Managed Objects button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the manager username.
- Set the object type to team.
- Enter the team name.
- Click Accept.
Assign a Project to Sub-Admin
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the Sub-admin Managed Objects in the top left panel.
- Click the Create Managed Objects button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the manager username.
- Set the object type to project.
- Enter the project name.
- Click Accept.
Assign a Temporary Project to Sub-Admin
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the top left panel.
- Select the project you want to temporarily assign to sub-admin.
- Click the Add member(s) button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the sub-admin username in the Select item section.
- Enter the expiration date in project, role in project to Manager and the appropriate restrictions.
- Under For existing memberships... section, tick Attempt to update their expiration and role in the project(s).
- Click Save.

When the expiration date is reached, the sub-admin will no longer have access to the project.
Bulk Email Sub-Admins Associated with an Object
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the Sub-admin Managed Objects in the top left panel.
- Select all sub-admins from the list you want to send a bulk email.
- Click the Bulk Email button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, click Copy to copy the emails or click Download to download the emails.
- Once done, click Close.

Ticking Prefer contact email identifies the email users registered upon account creation. Sometimes, the contact email may differ from the email the user initially registered with. Consult your super-admin for best practices.
Revoke Management Rights for a Sub-Admin
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Click the Sub-admin Managed Objects in the top left panel.
- Select the sub-admins from the list for whom you want to revoke management rights.
- Click the Revoke Management Rights button.
- In the pop-up, click Yes.
