Projects
Access Projects from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
View Projects from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project to view.
- Click the View button in the top right panel.
- View the user's profile name, email, role, state, permissions, joined date, and last login date in the left panel.
View Subprojects from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project to view its subprojects.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under Properties section, click the Subprojects card in the left panel.
- View all subprojects in the list.
Create a Top-Level Project from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Click the Create new top-level project button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the project tag text, color, name, optional description, security level, and principal investigator's name.
- Click Create.
Create a Subproject from Management
Method one:
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project from which you want to create a subproject.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Create subproject.
- In the pop-up, enter the subproject tag text, color, name, optional description, security level, and principal investigator name.
- Click Create.
Method two:
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project from which you want to create a subproject.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under Properties section, click the Subprojects card in the left panel.
- Click the Create new subproject button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the subproject tag text, color, name, optional description, security level, and principal investigator's name.
- Click Create.
Create a Subproject from a Subproject in Management
Method one:
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the subproject from which you want to create a new subproject.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Create subproject.
- In the pop-up, enter the new subproject tag text, color, name, optional description, security level, and principal investigator name.
- Click Create.
Method two:
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the subproject from which you want to create a new subproject.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under Properties section, click the Subprojects card in the left panel.
- Click the Create new subproject button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the new subproject tag text, color, name, optional description, security level, and principal investigator's name.
- Click Create.
Add User(s) to a Project from Management
Method one:
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project to add members to.
- Click the Add member(s) button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the user names, expiration date in the project, role, restrictions, and expiration update attempt.
- Click Save.
Method two:
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project to add members to.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under the Members section, click the Members card in the left panel.
- Click the Add users to the project button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the user names, expiration date in the project, role, restrictions, and expiration update attempt.
- Click Save.
Certify Members for a Project from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project for which you want to certify members.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under the Members section, click the Member Certifications card in the left panel.
- Click the Certify user(s) for a security requirement button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the security requirement, user names, certification expiration date, and update attempt.
- Click Certify.

The difference between adding users to projects and certifying users for projects lies in the project type. Projects can have members when added, but those with security levels and requirements must have certified members.
Assign a Project to Sub-Admin from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project you want to assign to a sub-admin.
- Click the Assign to Subadmin(s) button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the sub-admin's name.
- Click Assign.
Assign a Subproject to Sub-Admin from Management
Method one:
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the subproject you want to assign to a sub-admin.
- Click the Assign to Subadmin(s) button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the sub-admin's name.
- Click Assign.
Method two:
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.

- Select the member you want to edit.

- Select Edit.
- In the pop-up, edit the member's membership expiration, role and restrictions.
- Once done, click Save.

- Select the parent project to edit its subproject members.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under Properties section, click the Subprojects card in the left panel.
- Select the subproject for which you want to edit its members.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under the Members section, click the Members card in the left panel.
- Select the member you want to edit.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Edit.
- In the pop-up, edit the member's membership expiration, role and restrictions.
- Once done, click Save.
Edit and Renew Project Member's Certification from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project for which you want to edit and renew members certifications.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under the Members section, click the Member Certifications card in the left panel.
- Select the project member you want to edit and renew certification.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Edit/Renew.
- In the pop-up, edit and renew the membership expiration date.
- Click Save.
Edit and Renew Subproject Member's Certification from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the subproject for which you want to edit and renew members certifications.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under the Members section, click the Member Certifications card in the left panel.
- Select the subproject member you want to edit and renew certification.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Edit/Renew.
- In the pop-up, edit and renew the membership expiration date.
- Click Save.
Mark a Project Member's Certification as Expired from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project for which you want to mark member's certifications as expired.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under the Members section, click the Member Certifications card in the left panel.
- Select the project member certification you want to mark as expired.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Mark as expired.
- In the pop-up, click Mark expired.

Mark Expired certifications will display dates in red.
Mark a Subproject Member's Certification as Expired from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the subproject for which you want to mark member's certifications as expired.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under the Members section, click the Member Certifications card in the left panel.
- Select the subproject member certification you want to mark as expired.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Mark as expired.
- In the pop-up, click Mark expired.
Make an Announcement in a Project from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project for which you want to make an announcement.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Make an announcement.
- In the pop-up, enter your message for the project members.
- Click Send.
Make an Announcement in a Subproject from Management
Method one:
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the subproject for which you want to make an announcement.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Make an announcement.
- In the pop-up, enter your message for the subproject members.
- Click Send.
Method two:
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the parent project of your subproject.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under Properties section, click the Subprojects card in the left panel.
- Select the subproject where you want to make an announcement.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Make an announcement.
- In the pop-up, enter your message for the subproject members.
- Click Send.
Bulk Email Project Members from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project to bulk email its members.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under the Members section, click the Members card in the left panel.
- Select the members you want to bulk email.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Bulk Email.
- In the pop-up, click Copy to copy the emails or click Download to download the emails.
- Once done, click Close.
Bulk Email Subproject Members from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the subproject to bulk email its members.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under the Members section, click the Members card in the left panel.
- Select the members you want to bulk email.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Bulk Email.
- In the pop-up, click Copy to copy the emails or click Download to download the emails.
- Once done, click Close.
Delete a Project from Management
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project you want to delete.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top center panel.
- Click Delete.
- In the prompt, click Delete.
Delete a Subproject from Management
Method one:
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the subproject you want to delete.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top center panel.
- Click Delete.
- In the prompt, click Delete.
Method two:

- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the parent project of your subproject.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.

- Select the subproject you want to delete.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top center panel.
- Click Delete.
- In the prompt, click Delete.
Delete Project Members from Management
Method one:

- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the project from which you want to delete members.
- Click the Add member(s) button in the top right panel.

- Click Save.

- Select the project for which you want to delete members certifications.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.
- In the new window, under the Members section, click the Member Certifications card in the left panel.
- Select the project member certification you want to delete.
- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Delete.
- In the pop-up, click Revoke
Delete Subproject Member's Certification from Management

- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the Projects in the left panel.
- Select the subproject for which you want to delete members certifications.
- Click the Open Overlay button in the top right panel.

- Click the Open Full Menu button in the top right panel.
- Select Delete.
